Only ONE of the 9 teams to already qualify for the @NFL Playoffs didn't make it a year ago (MIN). We've gone 34 straight years with at least four "new" playoff teams. If the Rams, Buccaneers, and Dolphins all make it... that streak is in jeopardy.

Just had a blood draw for my annual physical next week. Really hoping my cholesterol is behaving, I didn't do myself any favors, probably 15 lbs heavier than a year ago. Badly need motivation to get in better shape. Being active isn't enough.
