We stopped drinking at the end of March. I'm using a hypnosis ap. I've always used 'I can't sleep' as my excuse to drink daily - but now, I'm out cold. I've never been able to sleep like this! But I fall asleep before I hear what the app is saying - so who knows what it's programming me to do/be!?!?
