My body doesn't actually take very long to respond to weight training luckily. I've been weight lifting since I was 14 and dancing before that and also blessed with some pretty decent athleticism muscle-wise and breath capacity-wise. It all helps...🏋🏾‍♀️ 🏋🏾‍♀️
