Our government is set up as an abusive relationship. Every 6 months they hold our Social Security/Medicare/Medicaid hostage. Even put banks in question. Is our money safe there? Democrat & Republican. We follow their rules and they keep changing them. There's something fundamentally sick about this.

The government needs to honor the social contracts that Americans were forced to obey. We all paid into Social Security as we worked, and I think we also paid into Medicare. Once you turn 65 you have to go on Medicare. You don't have a choice. Medicare will not pay for long-term care for elders.
