on craigslist I just started offering things for free. People are crazy out there...all my stuff was gone that same day. Do you really want to haggle with someone about that crappy lamp for a few bucks? No, so post it as free and watch it fly away within an hour or two.

live a simple life, embrace hobbies and read fantasy books to escape when needed. Oh, and stock up on canned food to satiate the internal conspiracy theory voices 😵💫

Sounds like art when conceptualized as a means of capital. Once the purpose/soul of art is to attain money, it becomes something else: a job, a brand... content. Separate the art from capital and it may retain its spirit.

How does one verify the identity of someone who is "undocumented"? Who is apprehending these people and what is their position? While processing them, where are they held? What are the hand-off procedures and agreements with the destination countries? Logistics, ethics, diplomacy and civil unrest.

Keep in mind we are merely drops in the ocean, flowing with the social current. Be good to the drops around you, speak your truth as you see it, vote with your wallet, and shed factional reductive thinking when possible. mental health benefits when we remind ourselves we affect only what's in reach.
