We didn’t have cable, so couldn’t get HBO Go, but eventually were able to get HBO Now…then it switched to HBO Max, and I forget if it was an us specific bug, or if just a terrible decision on their part, but it lost our watch history!

I think some of it tied to when AT&T bought Warner Media. Feels like that was a big part of some industry dysfunction. Add to the HBO brand confusion: AT&T had 3-4 similarly named TV offerings, none of which people wanted or could decipher.
