A4: there's something about personal professional identity: those who identify more as researchers, for e.g., may not be interested in more than basic competence in teaching. Sorry, more of a challenge than an opportunity!

A4. I believe we should not model our sector too much like a research institute, defining who are experts who are not, excluding others who want to master/develop their own artistry or try something else! To me everyone can be an educator and learner at the same time. #LTHEChat

A4 build the elements of artistry into accommodations in promotion etc..which have tended to focus on the metrics and "hard" evidence.

Some of the artistry elements are very nuanced and some, e.g. personal elements of empathy and other softer skills difficult for some to enact? #lthechat
