Trump used Fortunate Son during all of his campaigns. I'm sure someone among his people must have become aware of the song's actual meaning, but I'm also sure he doesn't care. Entirely possible the music was at the request of Trump's people.

A Canadian beer league hockey team would kick these guys asses on a Thursday night at the bar, drive 3 hours Friday afternoon after work, play and win a championship over the weekend and show up for work Monday morning like it was nothing.
