Top tip of the day: I can absolutely recommend a day trip to a hospital like St Thomas in Westminster as they have AIRCON, plus the MRI scanner is positively freezing. Have a cold drink and chillax in their coffee shop, just don't get admitted to a ward, they are boiling even at lesser temperatures.
