Top tip of the day: I can absolutely recommend a day trip to a hospital like St Thomas in Westminster as they have AIRCON, plus the MRI scanner is positively freezing. Have a cold drink and chillax in their coffee shop, just don't get admitted to a ward, they are boiling even at lesser temperatures.

Today's episode of Doctor Who, which is on the BBC iPlayer already, is an absolute MASTERPIECE. Camp Song Contest fun, Rylan, danger, the doctor getting angry, mavity, Graham Norton as a hologram, a serious political message, and Mrs Flood is a baddie. My mouth fell open at the end. Captivating! 🤯
