The best £95 you’ll ever spend! I found this at John Lewis & Partners. What do you think? www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-t...

I rushed to Threads to block this fine specimen.

Oh I forgot, I saw Charlie Brooks (Janine from EastEnders) in an outdoor café in London once. Being a Londoner, I walked right past her, ignoring her completely.

You're going to think I'm making this up but we had another run in with another Jason. It was a special hotel screening for a Jason Momoa film and the man himself came in, wearing a very long top hat. He plonked himself down right in front of us but my partner got him to take it down sharpish.

Sat in a cinema with my partner waiting for a film to start. Jason Statham came in, greeted someone a few rows ahead and then took a long time to take his coat off. My partner who has a healthy disregard for celebs, called "Sit down, mate, we can't see!" Jason sat down.

It's not really difficult. Shuffle things around on your desk constantly, with hectic arm movements. Sigh deeply. Look at your PC screen intently, frowning. Shake your head. Type intensely. Jump up and walk fast somewhere. Be exasperated. "Why do I have to do everything myself around here?"

Whereas I am physically unable to leave a book unfinished, LOL.

Reviews aren't for authors, they are for other readers helping them to decide if they want to read a book. We don't owe authors automatic praise. I review for NetGalley so I DNF nothing and review everything honestly. You do you but reviews under 4 stars are absolutely legitimate and important.

I don't know about British Gas but when EDF did the same to me I simply logged into my account and changed it back.

Knocking them up is one way of getting more SNP voters over time I guess...

Yes, maybe we could already have had a travel ban on pregnant Nigerians who come here so their children can grow up to become hateful British Tories?

LOL. I actually watched it, I come from Southern Germany but I still needed subtitles till I got used to the accents again. It is different because it concentrates on the methodical team detective work instead of big emotions or marriage background. I loved it.

It is a mystery.

Weirdly enough I have about six times more followers here than on the bad site and I have no idea why because all I do is post book reviews and now and then comment on a TV programme. I blame starter packs.

I know that and you know that but Germany on the whole doesn't make that distinction.

It's really not difficult to understand. People living in Germany are being told they cannot say anything against Jews because it's antisemitism so the genocide goes uncommented. I live in London but my family in Germany can't understand why I was against Israel's participation in Eurovision.

Argh no, I skim-read and only saw congratulations. People are so annoying.

Third watch: Shows you the power of music. None of us know the words to the Hellian song but it's so haunting and beautiful that we're all moved to tears. 😢

Did I mention granddaughter Susan, a song called "My Big Feet" and the fingerless intelligent gloves making a comeback? So much to love. I'm on my second watch.

I almost forgot: you MUST watch through the credits or you'll miss something very important.
