One cannot but notice the increase in inclement weather under this administration. One wonders what the world is coming to when one has to request the butler to seek out one's galoshes simply to walk to the Bentley when one's chauffeur brings it round. Yet (to coin a phrase) here we are.

I'm sure Sir Michael you, like I, can't have failed to notice that it's not just the weather that has rapidly worsened under Starmer's Labour. The days are shorter and darker and the nights much longer too. I'm having to light the whole west wing of my modest pile much earlier than under Rishi.
