Mandelson needs to speak with some lawyers and scientists and real journos etc (not the legacy oligarch media) pronto. "Mandate" is a very specific legal term. Trump fails to meet that threshold and Labour are on thin ice themselves.

We need to "respect", understand, adjust for? Again, lawyers.
