what russia attacked is a soviet complex, many of them were built to withstand intense bombing with standard 250kg and even 500kg bombs. sure, eventually you can wear those structures down, but i highly doubt those 200kg warheads can penetrate those reinforced structures.

That very, very expensive missile is designed to carry nukes in each of its 6 re-entry vehicles. The precision of this system is low since its nukes don’t need high precision. It can’t hit buildings reliably. I doubt it will be used regularly. This was a show.

However, the vehicles were maneuverable, so the precision is a factor.

Precision to a few hundred meters with nukes. Don’t need any better to destroy airbases or cities. The system is not designed to deliver conventional warheads to a building.
