If you’re truly well hydrated, there won’t be so much excess pee! Gotta find the right balance between water + salt intake — I take one packet of LMNT electrolytes per day.
Well fortunately ( :( ) I'm disabled now and can't work, but in the past I dealt with it by getting fired from multiple jobs for taking necessary bathroom breaks.

That means you’re drinking too much in a short period. The trick is to sip throughout the day. Also, if your salt intake isn’t high enough, osmosis can’t occur and your body won’t actually be hydrated. Remember, water doesn’t hydrate you. Osmosis does.
I find it better if I get most of it done prior to my last 4 hours of being awake so that I don’t have to get up twice to pee in the middle of the night. But yea it’s annoying af and requires some planning.
Diabetics are the best ones to ask....I HAVE to stay hydrated, plus my medication makes me pee more often anyway. Amazing what you can get used to over time really.

In this case the call center had an in building gym, and she was able to change and go home in her workout clothes.

Aka dont chug gallons of water

If your urine is dark yellow good sign you could be dehydrated
If it's completely clear, too much

Apparently conventional grass lawns don't get this effect, so you can pee on your lawn.
