Thinking about the works of Christopher Moore with Pine Cove, the streets of San Francisco, A remote island in the South Pacific and a unifed world of oddness and fuckery.

It's hard to say whether The Stupidest Angel or Lamb is my favorite CM book, but I will admit that I nearly wet my pants laughing at The Stupidest Angel. That said I've greatly enjoyed nearly every book he's written.
A year after it was released, I wrote a bonus chapter, which is basically a short story with the same characters as the book that was added as a bonus. (I was trying to be clever. I was not.)
My first!! My mother bought it for my, at the time 8 yo daughter. I got to it before the graveyard, thankfully! She read it at 14 or so. I still have it on my Christopher shelf with all the others!
The Stupidest Angel is hands-down the best novel in this particular genre I've ever read. But I don't actually want to say what the genre is, because it's a lot more fun if you don't know.
This was the first @theauthorguy.bsky.social book I read. It was many years ago and I have a clear memory of snort-laughing, quite loudly and a few times, in a crowded waiting area at the airport.
The first book of yours I read. It was so funny I had to read the rest.
I’ve read them all except two in queue on my kindle. I love your quirky, colorful characters.
One of my faves. I read it every Christmas to get in the spirit...All my peeps have received gifted copies. No matter how many times I read it - I LOL.
This was one of the first "grown up books" my daughter read. I think it was the title and the pic. She loved it and now I'm on the hook for every book you publish.

When does it transform from a shelf to a shrine?

It’s just not Christmas until Kendra, Warrior Babe of the Outland gets her sword.
So just read it!
