Apple has proven to be the only streamer willing to commit to giving shows multiple seasons and their genre book adaptations are excellent. They got my vote.
I've only seen Prehistoric Planet s1 from them, which is obviously a completely different genre, but it was incredible. If that's the level of resources and care they put into their SFF, they'd make an amazing home for WoT.
They are 5 seasons into an excellent alt-universe space race show: For All Mankind which shows they are willing to go multiple seasons. Their adaptation of Silo has been excellent and renewed through all of the books. Murderbot just started but it is great so far. Even Foundation has another season.
Apple is the streamer I keep coming back to, thinking about new homes. They invest longterm in their series, have insanely deep pockets, and have been willing to break out of the 8 episode season model if it's what works best for a given show. Out of all the streamers I think they're the best bet.
The main hitch to Apple is that they haven't really staked out epic fantasy as a main focus for their platform. They went hard into adult sci-fi, and have stuck to that lane really well. But if they wanted to branch into fantasy, WoT feels like it might be a perfect fit for their long game approach.
