While cleaning the office, I found my sophomore journal the english teacher made us keep in 1996. In one entry, I'm chewing him out for dissing SF/F books and saying they're not real literature, like I just spent an entire page yelling at him. It was this guy. lol On brand for 30 years.

Focaccia going into the oven again! This is a fairly simple one with just olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder, Italian herb blend, and smoked paprika. I threw Mr. Bree's smoked paprika jar on the ground & broke it by mistake but Donna was sure he'd have backup and he did. #PaprikaGate2

I feel like a lot of the political strife I see on my timeline comes down to the word "welcome" and the fight for democracy. I am not going to welcome (invite happily in and embrace as a friend) any Trump voters into my life. But I will accept them into the fight IF they are truly fighting.

I have been trying to shake off the last few months of slow grief & waiting by doing a complete reorganization of my office, partly so I can finally put all the 3D printers in one place. LOL But it has been very cathartic. I have not been healthy enough to do this kind of cleaning/reorg in a while.
