Every time someone makes a bad faith statement about AEW's live attendance, I ask them to name a time 3-5k for a weekly TV show was considered bad in wrestling history.... I've yet to receive even a reply, let alone an example, to that question.

They were on TV 5 months before the pandemic hit. Crazy to think that after all that, the 2021 signings, and growing pains, they are still pumping out TV and PPVs at a higher quality than ever.

Throw in the massive new TV, it’s called “success”.

That's not true at all. I'm rewatching AEW right now. The first few Dynamites sold out, but after that, they were still hyping tickets on Dark for the Dynamite the next day.

I watched it live. If it wasn’t sold out it felt like it because the crowds were unmatched. My point is that AEW is so good that they had about 6 months of tv before the world shut down and they should have shut down for good but they are still here and the thriving

The crowds were great until 2022. When Punk signed… the first show I saw since his signing was in 2022 and it was a different crowd than 2021 & 2019. less loud, less indy based and felt like there were more WWE fans there who only cared to see Punk killing the vibe

There were getting about 3000 early 2020. Sold out the first show and had a couple big crowds early, but were at similar figures to now by Feb/March 2020
