One pan mac&cheeses are my fav kind. Casserole mac&cheese is way too much work for an inferior product. I use the serious eats method that cooks the pasta in water and adds evaporated milk but I'm sure this way works well too.

Also, I couldn't stop pitcuring Will Forte narrating this video.
