One thing in politics is you have to strike while the iron is hot. Your moment won't repeat every cycle. Her moment, when she was viable, was last year. She missed her chance. Obama was smart to strike in 2008, b/c had he waited for '12 or '16, it perhaps wouldn't have been his moment.
