I start every day with 30 minutes on the stationary bike and go for a walk around my property every hour.

Thank you! Raised desks are awesome! Hemingway used to stand over a refrigerator to type. I sometimes stand at the kitchen counter when my tailbone can’t take it anymore lol!

Don't know about other authors, but I use my fingers. And I bend my arm to drink coffee. Oh, and patting myself on my back when I think I've written something great. Then reaching for tissues when my editor says, eh. Could be better. And by editor, I mean wife.
