I talk with plenty of rich people, Both YIMBY pilled and NIMBY and neutral, even the NIMBYs acknowledge this is true, but the rich NIMBYs say they just don’t want housing because they either don’t want poor people (Conservative ones) or they don’t want more traffic (Conservatives under a blue flag.)
