Purely anecdotal, but my observation is that men who are like "I did some cooking for my family today, here's a photo of my dish" seem like they're mostly pretty happy and men who are like "Men should never cook, frying pans will leech estrogen into your brain" seem like they're never happy.

there’s nothing inherently morally wrong with romantically and/or sexually unsuccessful men. I think the best advice you can given young straight men who are romantically unsuccessful is to work on themselves and also work on knowing women in non-romantic contexts

I acknowledge there are people who, through circumstances beyond their control, will often have great difficulty finding a romantic partner (for example, there is a great deal of romantic discrimination against people with facial deformities). I think that’s categorically different though
