I know it's subject-matter agnostic within con law, but any sense of what kind of papers they tend to look for?

It's truly broad in subject matter coverage, although I recall there being groups of panels focused around rights others around structure. Criminal stuff was a bit thin (at least a couple years back). If you message me your email address, I can send you an old program.

Has there ever been a good challenge to the Hatch Act? It was meant to protect elections/employment but it leaves so many of us voiceless; sometimes I worry about being accused of being an enabler to more crime.
