I’ve certainly never had a chatbot resolve any of my problems. And I’m foresee them a lot. I think their whole reason for existence is to wear the user down until they get so frustrated. They never want to do business with with that company ever again. 🤷🏽‍♂️

This perfectly words how I feel about them. It's so frustrating and completely useless. Worse than useless, they give you more work for a problem that could easily be solved. Like jumping through 100 burning hoops with increasing difficulty, just so you don't get an answer to your question.
