My point being a majority of college players will never sniff the pro leagues. They'll want to prolong their experience to access NIL, and to get the education and degrees they'll need to survive in the "real" world.

In my opinion, this is one of the reasons the NCAA needs to change course and invite the players to collectively bargain so there can be reasonable limitations on transfers. If your coach leaves, you can leave. And you can have one other free transfer.
