Why? What connection does the word "Yeti" have to the state of Utah? Most teams pick a name that has at least some connection to their locale. I know the Utah Jazz exists and all, but they started in New Orleans & moved before teams changed names when they relocated.

The trunk should be up. In many cultures, that symbolizes good luck and prosperity. In modern elephants, it’s also a threat display before they make a charge. I imagine Woolly Mammoths did the same.
I hope “Woolly Bully” becomes the arena song.

I liked Tim Cowlishaw's comment on Around the Horn. He asked why there was no S at the end. There's no Pittsburgh Steeler, Chicago Bear, or Golden State Warrior. They are all plural. What about ALL the mammoths that roamed Utah?
