For awhile scout was just… the one available to be shipped so people did. And thus got attached to it.
A lot of them like exploring the concept of him being de radicalised like hitch was. Often through hitch.
But I think that’d have to be a slow, long term plotline. And honestly there’s just… more fun things to write😅
