The contexts you have now provided, Carole, should change the optics of how serious commentators express what is going on. It *should* be happening more widely, but I suspect some will not update and adapt so urgently.

Are there any serious commentators left ? Or is it more like thier bubble is so small they no longer realise 90% of people have no idea who these "serious commentators" are and if that's the case, this news is not getting out to the mass population, just the relatively small chattering class.
