Harry suggested something similar in his book. Basically each family has very good press officers so if Charles and Camilla have a story that needs covering up, they put out something scandalous about Kate, etc. It's not the family exactly but the very cut throat press officers.

He had no chance. Harry's publicly declared goal was accountability. As soon as NGN plead guilty the "cause of action" was satisfied. No judge would have proceeded, even if Harry had wanted to. So stop telling fairy tales! You don't have to like him but you don't have to lie either.
