What kills me is all of the stuff that isn't going to happen because of these cuts. Not just the things we know about that we are going to lose. But the unknown things that will now not happen in the future. The spark in someone's mind that ends up making the world a better place.

This was an INCREDIBLE program for kids in suburban/urban areas too, not just rural. Now that so many schools use Chromebooks/iPads for assignments, kids need internet access at home. This small cost has a HUGE return on investment later when they work/pay taxes at better jobs.

To be honest, I see so many similarities between what's going on in USA and russia. Huge portion of US population, as russian, is depoliticized, people, through huge amount of propaganda, accepted, they are on their own and they have no say in what's going on on top.
