3 Dems with close races & Justice Riggs' votes were all certified by a bipartisan Board of Elections. All their results depended on the very same votes that the GOP Supreme Court blocked for Riggs. Apparently, the 3 Dems votes are valid, but somehow, hers are not. Does this make sense to anyone?

I share your frustration, but the NC state election board is stuck with the district courts in the US Fourth Circuit. Repubs just incorporate some shell corp in Amarillo TX & start with Kacsmaryk, move on to the 5th Cir, & then SCOTUS. Our federal judicial system is failing to defend democracy.
