The ABA doesn’t license attorneys (just like the American Medical Association doesn’t license doctors). Attorneys are licensed by individual states; complaints can be lodged with those states. The ABA has nothing to do with that process (just like the AMA can’t do anything about a bad doctor).

This is what he posted. A Washington Times article that used that image as a header and thumbnail. I hate him and I am deeply worried for the trans community, but it is still important to verify things, even when they seem just as likely to be true as not.
