Have you done a stress relief day? You might be very busy with all of your projects and what not going on. Taking a day to relax might be just the answer. (You were not believe how fast I fall asleep on days that I'm not working)
Painkillers are very helpful. Just remember to drink some nice hot tea. or I usually go after sugar free juice. Put a little honey in it. Then I boil it and it comes out good the same way either way.
It depends on what type of pain killers you are on some can prevent you to sleep check on the bottle or packet to see what side effects it has and tell your doctor about it that you can’t sleep from the medication
Are you okay Viv? Try to drink camomile tea and maybe invest in lavender scented things like plug ins and candles. Calming stuff like that should help.
