It’s just a list of other blocklist owners similar to my own that I use to crosscheck. Plus some accounts who attract listable profiles.
Please don’t block anyone on that list. :) The others can all be subbed to though.

I don’t know how you can do this automatically but there are bots on here with graphically violent profile pics and ppl are blindly following them back.
