The father of capitalism himself says the wealthy must pay a higher tax & taxes are a privilege of being in a society & pay your workers well too! Otherwise a nation cannot raise the revenues it needs to be safe & secure & will fail. We will fail unless it changes soon. Can’t ignore basic economics.

Not surprising. Most Republicans are taught the mantra of capitalism. Never ending consumption & accumulation is success to them. Mercy & Compassion have no place in their world. Poor people have been "otherized" & characterized as having only themselves to blame for their situation. Propaganda ftw.
