They will occur in your area. I once saw two together over Scout Moor.

I saw a pair of large birds over in that direction last year. My brain said ‘eagle because of size but more likely buzzards because we don’t have eagles here’. Maybe they were red kites.

Many times more likely to be Buzzard, but keep looking up and you may get lucky.
