Trump has shown he has control of and is chaotically destroying education in America. Run while you’re still smart enough to know he wants you and your children ignorant and pliable.
The USA’s loss is other nations’ gain. Many may be offered jobs and build new lives overseas. They’ll come back for occasional visits if at all. Once we’re gone, they won’t come back at all.
I will absolutely encourage my children to go to school overseas if we're still in the US. And to stay there. If things stay the way they are right now, I don't want them here.
I know many college kids who are getting offers from schools overseas (colleges in Northern Europe in particular) to leave the US and come there instead. Usually those in STEM majors. Many have taken them and I do not blame them one bit.
The Rubio-Trump Administration is attacking our best and brightest. It's a shame what they are doing to our institutions of higher learning. They all need to band together and resist this Tyrant.
Completely understandable. Best way to go. Kids below the high school grade level in the US are really going to struggle to get an education under the Trump regime. Public k-12 schools won’t have the funding and will begin to disappear within a couple of years. Only the wealthy will be educated.
Colleges are also over enrolling students because of Trump’s funding cuts. In order to make up for planned budgets, there will be a record amount of enrollment in many freshman classes. Overcrowding, more students per classroom, and wait lists to get into basic required classes will be observed.
