Consider joining APHA as a member. They filed a lawsuit with ACLU against HHS for unlawful grant terminations. If the courts grant the suit a TRO it would only apply to named plaintiffs. Which includes APHA members. More here https://www.aclu.org/documents/apha-v-nih-complaint
