When the February total came out, it was slightly lower than the January total. 2/
I pointed out that February only runs 28 days while January runs 31 days.
February enrollment was actually slightly *higher* than January enrollment on a per day basis. 3/
For some reason (which thankfully they stopped doing), CMS was running all of their Monthly Enrollment Reports from Sunday through Saturday.
In other words, their January 2014 report actually ran from 12/29/13 - 2/01/14, since Dec. 29th was a Sunday & Feb. 1st was a Saturday.
1. never 'satisified' with the Dems answers
& 2. never ask the GOP that (or are satisfied by "they pay for themseves")
...almost like obstruction and not 'answers' is their goal.
