The scene at Andrew Cuomo's election night party, held in a very cavernous space on the fourth floor of the Carpenters Union Hall.
There's a bar serving beer and wine ("donation-based") and a stage set up for an eventual speech.

Jessica Ramos, the Cuomo critic-turned-endorser, says she's "really hopeful" the relatively high turnout (it's on track to exceed 2021 levels) will actually help Cuomo, citing support from "communities of color, Latinos included."
