Oh, totally agree - When they did start using Wallace he came on the back of initially presenting some of the (then) Saturday morning cooking segments as I recall. Don't think the co host needs to be a chef, but some grounding would help. Why I thought of Si. Nice chap by all accounts.

Let's see what they do .. Some chefs are good presenters .. Marcus W does not need anyone and he has his sidekick .. James Martins on SK does pretty well.. Maybe they can tweak the format a little..🤷‍♂️
