Polish man here. I support Poland and Germany developing strong militaries. However, the rhetoric of announcing that their country is "the strongest" is unnecessary and counterproductive to the vision of European security. Yes, carry a big stick, but speak softly. Emphasize collective strength.

But reality is, that regarding the strongest army in Europe Germany has right now two comperitors that are ahead: Ukraine and Poland. Right now Germany comes 3rd at a well visible distance. Which isn't really a bad thing. Only together Europe is strong.

Da sind noch einige andere Dinge als Eignungstest nötig.

Keiner sagt, dass es nicht möglich ist. Kostet halt Geld. Und wahrscheinlich nicht wenig.
Dann musst du die Leute theoretisch auch gleichzeitig in Berufen ausbilden, wenn du die nach der Dienstzeit integrieren möchtest.
Der Rattenschwanz ist nicht gerade kurz und man sollte das gut durchdenken
