I actually don't throw away any boxes, because I've been moving from country to country all my life, and every time I've thrown away a box, it has only made packing up a fucking headache. I always keep all my boxes in storage as a result.

Besides just wanting to hang on to it for the day I may resell it, the thought of JUST putting the box of a new VERY expensive piece of hardware in a bin that will sit on the street outside your house for any curious looky loo to see makes me NERVOUS 😬

I just get paranoid on other peoples behalf, I saw an empty PS5 box on a wall as I walked home earlier. In the direction I was heading there was also a pawn shop and a place to trade in electronics. So I'm like "This is environmental storytelling waiting to happen".
