One GOP votes present. Final vote on HR 1, the One Big Brutal Bill: yeas are 215, nays are 214 (2 Rs with Ds), one R present, 2 Rs not voting.

plenty of diminished Rs, but Ds tend to be older than Rs, on avg. . potential structural reasons including the seniority system, which Ds employ more than Rs.

It's still moving as a reconciliation bill which only requires a simple majority. So, no it can't be filibustered.
