I made this video 2 years ago. I had a lot of people tell me I was being dramatic. Now we know UNH are pushing nursing home to get residents to sign DNRs. I’m so glad people are waking up.

I read it as his personal opinion on whether DNR status for people of advanced age is a better choice, not advocating for someone other than the person deciding.
I don't advocate for anyone to have a DNR or to be a full code I do advocate that people think about it, read about end of life decisions, and discuss it with their loved & MD
I think it is that perception that prevents more honest conversations about end of life care and causes deaths that are more traumatic than necessary
All these folks paying into the health insurance scam their whole adult lives only to rely on Medicare when they are actually old and ailing!!
I've been here 30 years and was agast there was no NHS but most folks were oblivious. At least now they're talking about universal coverage

Also witnessed extreme measures taken on the request of a patient when there was no longer any hope of those measures buying more than a few weeks. In Canada.
