Update on my sister's 3rd opinion. They do feel like it is Stage 4 but the metastased spots are so small they feel like 1-2 "zaps" of radiation will take care of them. These doctors are a bit more aggressive in treatment and she now just has to decide which one to go with. She did say this doctor
