The meaning of the word "biological" is a very grey area and debatable. Have they even clarified what they mean by it?

Does it mean people who are adopted aren't allowed to use the toilet? Or do they mean robots aren't allowed to use the toilet? Which definition are they using?

I feel a lot of these bad takes from organizations seem to be done (at least the ones not straight fork TERFs) trying to avoid a lawsuit from a TERF.

Maybe allies should start suing to show two can play that game.

It’s enough money to fight back a bit, but it’s a drop of water compared to the money they have poured into this across media campaign, lobbying, lawsuits, etc.

I would love to know how @robertgordonuni.bsky.social proposes to accommodate the needs of disabled students with different sex carers, especially as disabled toilets come under increasing pressure because trans and intersex students don't know where else they can safely go. #disability
