I thought “Usaian” was a bit of a wild throwaway name for “USA people” from a niche discussion to replace the misuse of “American”… …and now I’ve seen it pop up in a few comments here and there on social media. I was skeptical but now I wonder if it will grow.

Don’t take this as contradicting the whole argument but also the correlation between writing an essay and understanding the topic has always been poor. I’ve met countless students amazing at writing essays that they had no clue what the content meant at a deeper inquiry.

Yeah I mean they are dying… but it’s not like schools are where these were found even before. It’s important to point out that very few people go to school and university and out of pure interest. Most do because there was a social contract connecting that to jobs and good life. Now broken.

I find it hilarious they mention they don’t know why. They do know. It’s inherent in the technology. Unless there’s some kind of technological leap to the same magnitude that gave us transformers, hallucinations can only be ‘manually’ patched, not removed.

How hilariously delusional. The VC role, specifically in what he refer as "getting the right investment" is possibly one of the easiest ones for AI to automate. The reason it's not happening it's that the same people that would need to finance it are the ones at risk, so they won't do it.
